Professional Experience

Mr. Ezaddin has twenty-nine five years of Structural Engineering Experience throughout the United States and internationally. His experience includes many data center and mission critical projects. including new data centers as well as modifications and upgrades to existing data centers.

Mr. Ezaddin has also performed feasibility and due diligence studies as well as structural assessments of existing facilities to support data center requirements, including overseeing Probable Maximum Loss (PML) studies.

Mr. Ezaddin has contributed significantly to the conceptualization, design, and analysis of data center components, in particular the modularization of electrical rooms, mechanical systems, containment aisles and IT distribution.

Mr. Ezaddin has provided third-party structural engineering expertise and oversight on behalf of the Data Center Owner for design-bid-build and design-build projects executed by others. Mr. Ezaddin is a member of data center communities and organizations, including 7×24 Exchange.
