Project Details
The hotel is a four-story, “L”-shaped building with a single-story drive through at the main entry. It is approximately 50,700 square feet and provides 95 guest units. The hotel is constructed of manufactured wood roof trusses, plywood shear walls and wood floor joists. The hotel is constructed on “Bay Mud” which required a special foundation system to mitigate the significant building settlements associated with this type of underlying soil.
