Santa Clara Square is a 36-acre residential, retail, and office mixed-use development located near Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. Providing spaces to live, work, exercise, and shop in one development, Santa Clara Square strives to offer a balanced live/work environment for its residents. Completed in 2022, Santa Clara Square offers 2.47 million square feet of residential space.
The luxury living complex boasts seven apartment buildings. PASE designed four buildings with a Type 1A podium component and Type III above. The other three buildings are constructed in Type III at all five levels.
