Project Details
Park Pacific is a new mixed-use community filling a long-vacant site in downtown Santa Cruz, left undeveloped since the 1989 earthquake. The ground-level Type I concrete podium includes retail space and a garage with 88 parking spaces, while the four Type V wood-framed stories above provide 79 residential units in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations.
