Project Details
MorningStar is San Jose’s newest senior living community, located on South De Anza Boulevard in West San Jose. The building offers 69 private assisted living suites in a variety of configurations and floor plans. For residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions, the community includes 34 dedicated memory care units.
The structure is a Type I-B podium design, with two stories of wood framing above a two-story concrete base.
