Located within Santana Row, a vibrant and modern residential and retail destination, Leváre offers luxury rental townhomes and flats along with numerous amenities. The residential units are housed in two wood framed, four-story buildings around an outdoor plaza.
One of the buildings provides 10 high end townhomes and the other provides 98 one-story flats. Collectively, the two buildings enclose 144,000 square foot of space and are being constructed on a 55,000 square foot partially subterranean concrete structure which provides parking for 156 vehicles.
PASE provided Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration services for both of the residential buildings and the subterranean parking structure. Construction was completed in the fall of 2011.
