Project Details
The Fountaingrove project is a 9.6-acre residential development located in Santa Rosa, CA, on the former site of the Fountaingrove Inn, which was lost in the 2017 fires. The new community will offer 239 units and feature amenities such as podium-level courtyards, barbecues, swimming pools, and garage parking.
The development consists of six buildings. Buildings A, B, C, and F are smaller three- to four-story structures, while Buildings D and E are four- to five-story buildings constructed over a concrete podium. The units include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts.
