Professional Experience 

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and sales, Katelyn has worked across the AEC, real estate, lodging, recruiting/HR, and advertising industries, bringing a broad perspective and strategic approach to supporting firm growth.

At PASE, she is responsible for leading firmwide marketing efforts, including the development and management of all marketing collateral, proposals, and branding initiatives. She assists with and helps lead business development pursuits by collaborating closely with principals and project teams to position the firm strategically, pursue new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. She also plays an active role in fostering strong internal communication and team morale by supporting firm culture initiatives and ensuring consistent, clear messaging across the organization.

What industry organizations are you involved in?

I am actively involved in professional associations, serving as a Board Member for I2SL NorCal (President, 2025–2027), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing sustainability in laboratories and high-tech facilities, and CREW SF (2023), whose mission is to advance women and promote diversity in commercial real estate. I am also the founder and president of the AEC Women’s Golf Club, a 300+ member networking group focused on advancing women in the AEC industry by creating a space to learn and play golf while expanding professional networks.

What are some of your favorite hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy concerts, sporting events, trying new fitness classes like bungee, traveling, and exploring new places with friends and family.
