Located in Storey County on a 256 acre portion of land owned by Tract Capital Management, the planned 230 MW campus is poised to become one of the largest infrastructure developments of its kind in the country. The project marks Fleet’s first confirmed development and a significant milestone for the company as it expands its presence in the hyperscale data center market.
PASE is honored to serve as the prime consultant on this megascale campus, helping lead a talented team of industry partners in bringing the project from vision to reality.
