We are pleased to welcome Farid Najand, PE, PMP, as the first dedicated Manager of our new Project Delivery Team.
Farid is a Professional Engineer and PMP certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience delivering mission critical infrastructure, facility modernization, and capital projects in active operational environments. He will support our DMV office and broader team as we scale this new capability.
His experience includes leading major projects such as the DC Federal Data Center Electrical Resiliency upgrade, the DC Federal Data Center Joint Audible Warning System, the Amtrak Intercity Transit Maintenance Facility, the George Washington University MEP modernization program, and multiple FAA modernization and security hardening efforts, often in facilities that remain fully operational during construction.
Farid brings the leadership, technical expertise, and practical problem solving needed to help build and grow a high performing Project Delivery Team that will enhance how we serve our clients.
