Honoring Culture, Building Community: Our Cinco de Mayo Tradition

May 05, 2025

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA – May 5, 2025 —

As one of our oldest and most beloved traditions, Cinco de Mayo at PASE brings people together to celebrate the Mexican-American heritage that enriches both our region and our workplace

For years, this tradition has brought our team together over incredible street tacos, colorful decorations, traditional Mexican candies and snacks, and (of course) a piñata or two. It’s a fun and flavorful way to build camaraderie, break bread together, and honor the cultural heritage that shapes so much of California life.

While Cinco de Mayo marks the Mexican army’s victory at the Battle of Puebla, it’s also evolved into a broader recognition of Mexican-American culture in the U.S. At PASE, we celebrate with joy and respect, knowing that community and connection are at the heart of engineering, just as much as equations and drawings.

¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo from all of us at PASE!
