After nearly two decades of dedicated service, PASE proudly celebrates the retirement of Robert Holland, whose remarkable leadership and steadfast support helped shape the company into what it is today.
Since joining the firm 19 years ago, Robert has been a cornerstone of PASE’s evolution, from a 20-person team in a single office to a 78-person organization spanning four locations, including one internationally. As the leader of our Administration team, Robert’s vision, strategic thinking, and calm guidance provided the foundation for many of PASE’s most critical systems and transitions.
Throughout his tenure, Robert wore many hats: strategist, problem-solver, mentor, and trusted advisor to ownership. He was instrumental in introducing essential technologies like Microsoft Office and Ajera, optimizing our internal operations, and preparing the firm for growth. His behind-the-scenes contributions have enabled engineers and staff to thrive in an efficient, organized, and supportive environment.
From shaping our first Employee Handbook to playing a critical role in our 401(k) program, contract management, insurance policies, and even ownership transitions, Robert’s legacy runs deep through the infrastructure of our firm. His ability to anticipate needs, streamline operations, and mentor future leaders has set a standard that will continue to benefit PASE for years to come.
