This month marks a major milestone at PASE: Kurt Horiuchi, P.E. is celebrating 10 years with the firm.
Since joining PASE on January 16, 2015, Kurt’s journey has been one of steady growth, leadership, and meaningful impact. From his early days as a Project Engineer to his current role as Sacramento Office Manager, Kurt has played a key role in shaping the identity and success of multiple offices, including the launch and growth of our Pleasanton and Sacramento offices.
In addition to managing projects and mentoring younger engineers, Kurt also co-leads PASE’s AWS (Alternative Work Schedule) program, helping implement flexible systems that enhance team performance and work-life balance.
“Kurt, thank you for 10 great years. You’ve grown not just in responsibility, but in the way you’ve helped grow others around you. Looking forward to the next 10,” said Principal Azlan Ezaddin.
Kurt reflected on the milestone with appreciation:
