This fall, PASE proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone: 35 years of service by Azlan Ezaddin, S.E., President and CEO of Peoples Associates Structural Engineers!
Azlan joined PASE in its earliest days as an Assistant Engineer and has since led the firm through decades of growth, transformation, and technical excellence. His journey from the drafting table to the boardroom is a reflection of the company’s core values, where talent is cultivated, leadership is earned, and collaboration drives lasting impact.
Throughout his career, Azlan has helped shape the PASE mentality: a culture grounded in accountability, mentorship, and deep commitment to both employees and long-term industry partners. Known for his passion for teaching and coaching, he continues to inspire engineers at every level to stay curious, disciplined, and dedicated to continuous learning.
Under his leadership, PASE has evolved from a small Bay Area startup into a multi-office firm with teams across California and Europe serving clients in mission-critical, residential, and mixed-use sectors. From pioneering complex data-center structures to advancing sustainable design practices, Azlan’s influence can be seen in every corner of the company’s work.
