Project Details
PASE provided the structural design for the five-story type III wooden-framed structure. The building consists of 334 singe-level apartment units and is set to sit on a three-story type I concrete structure that is constructed on grade. Other unique design elements include a triangular shaped balcony and a pedestrian bridge with a co-work component above the breezeway. This project is scheduled to finish in early 2024.
