What are your favorite hobbies?
Weight lifting has become my ultimate stress-reliever. When I pick up those weights, the world outside fades away. The exertion required to push my limits create a sense of focus and control. As I lift, my stress melts away, replaced by a powerful sense of accomplishment and empowerment.
