Professional Experience 

Mr. Lo is a professional structural engineer with over 25 years of design experience. He has worked on numerous complex, multi-story residential and commercial projects which includes Silicon Valley’s Largest Project in 2016 & 2017 called Santa Clara Square (which surpasses Apple Campus from the top spot). He also engineered the largest apartment complex built in the US in the last decade (3.4 million square foot Crescent Village).

The variety and depth of Mr. Lo’s experience gives him an intimate understanding of the relationship between effective structural detailing and efficient construction practices. This knowledge allows Mr. Lo to work with the design team to develop more cost-effective structural drawings by not only using proven, production-level details but also by suggesting minor changes to the design that would result in simpler, more cost-effective construction. This is not just limited to structures; Mr. Lo also has a basic understanding of fire-resistive construction and MEP systems as they relate to multifamily type structures.
