Professional Experience
Mohammad is a structural engineer with experience in the analysis, design, assessment, and rehabilitation of a variety of building structures. His experience includes steel, reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and wood structures across institutional, commercial, multifamily, and renovation projects. He enjoys solving challenging structural problems and developing practical solutions that balance structural performance, constructability, and project requirements.
His responsibilities have included structural analysis and design, preparation and coordination of construction documents, construction administration, field investigations, and structural observations. He also teaches civil engineering courses as an adjunct faculty member at Old Dominion University and is interested in continuing to expand his experience in seismic design, complex structural systems, and mission-critical facilities.
What’s your favorite travel destination?
Europe, I enjoy visiting different European countries and experiencing their history, architecture, and cultures.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
Spending time with family, traveling, reading, and occasionally watching movies.
