The Village at Willow Glen Senior Apartments are comprised of two three-story buildings. The first building is "T" shaped with tuck under parking along a portion of the building. The second building is "L" shaped. The Village at Willow Glen Senior Apartments have a total of 173 units in both buildings. Both structures consist of manufactured wood roof trusses, wood-framed shearwalls, wood-framed floors and a post-tensioned concrete slab on grade foundation. Both buildings have large two-story lobbies located on the ground floor.
