This project included the renovation, seismic upgrading, and conversion of three former Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) buildings into Senior Apartments.

The BOQ buildings were built in 1933 and are located on the former Hamilton Air Base. During Design Development, it was determined that they are historical structures and as such, the renovation and seismic upgrade was designed using Historical Building Code.

The BOQ buildings are all three stories tall and enclose approximately 30,000 square feet each. The renovation of these buildings included a seismic upgrade and the addition of two structural infills between the three existing buildings. Each infill is three stories tall and encloses 24,000 square feet.
