The Sparks Residences includes four separate residences on two different lots. At Lot 11, the main residence consists of a two-story house with a total of 5,046 square feet of covered or enclosed space, and the secondary residence consists of a two-story house with 2,448 square feet of covered or enclosed space. At Lot 12, the main residence consists of a two-story house with a total of 6,221 square feet of covered or enclosed space, and the secondary residence consists of a one-story house with 2,130 square feet of covered or enclosed space.

All four structures were designed utilizing conventional wood framing with rafter framed roofs, TJI and parallam and/or glu-lam framed second floors, wood stud walls, and wood-framed floor systems. The foundations were designed utilizing concrete pier and grade-beam type systems.
