Peoples Associates provided the Structural Design for Senior Housing Building I at Monte Vista Gardens.

Building I is a "U" shaped three-story wood-framed structure enclosing 69 senior apartment units. A garden court is located in the center of the building. On the first floor of the building is a lobby and a large community room. All the units in this building are priced to be affordable for seniors.

Building I is part of a large residential community which provides a total of 262 family housing and senior housing units. Peoples Associates also provided the Structural Design for Senior Housing Building II and the family housing component of the Monte Vista Gardens complex.
