The Goodan residence is a 5,000 square foot single story private residence with an attached garage located on Samish Island in the state of Washington. The Residence is constructed of exposed wood roof framing, wood studwalls and raised wood floors with slab on grade patios and garage. Special design issues for this project included the addition of custom roof trusses and the inclusion of snow loads.
