Peoples Associates provided the Structural Design for Crescent Parc, a residential community in San Jose that offers 62 two-story townhouses with a total of 86,000 square feet in six buildings. Two of the buildings contain 15 two-story units each, arranged into clusters of five units around a central courtyard. The other four buildings are arranged in a crescent shape around a park and contain a total of 32 units.

Crescent Parc includes three different unit types and all of them exhibit grade level parking. The majority of the units exhibit a split-level first floor with a parking garage below. The other two types of units are a single level flat above a parking garage and a two-story unit constructed on grade.
