Central Coast Cardiology occupies a one-story office building. This project included a wide range of tenant improvements including the structural renovation of an existing portion of the building, the structural design of a 180 square foot addition to one side of the building and the structural design of a new entryway with a portico and skylight.

In addition to improvements to the building structure, this project also included structural design of the mounting of medical diagnostic equipment.
