The Federal Express 12K AGT&T Facility is a 222,500 square foot, single story warehouse connected to a 19,500 square foot two-story office building.

The structure includes structural steel, prefabricated steel members and concrete tilt-up walls. A 22,000 square foot sort mezzanine is located in the warehouse and supports conveyors for parcel transport. A retaining wall along the perimeter of the building is designed to accommodate truck access to the building for loading.
