The Live Oak Business Park is located in Santa Cruz, California and provides 118,000 square feet of research and development/manufacturing/office space. Peoples Associates provided the Structural Design for the entire facility.

The Live Oak Business Park is comprised of four buildings. Two of the buildings are two-story and are constructed of panelized roof framing over steel trusses, wood floors and concrete tilt-up walls. Each two-story building exhibits open air balconies, trellises, and two-story entry space with sloped roof and an elevator. The remaining two buildings are single-story and are constructed of panelized roof framing over steel trusses, interior steel columns, concrete tilt-up walls, concrete slab on grade and concrete spread footings. Each single-story building provides about 30,000 square feet of 16' of clear high-bay space.
