The renovation of the Country Club Villa Shopping Center included the Structural Design of a new façade for three existing retail buildings and a two-story addition to one of the buildings.

The new façade consists of GFRC column wraps, EIFS wall and soffit finish, and ceramic tile roofing supported by light gage metal framing and an independent structural steel moment frame system. The façade exhibits a variety of arches, sloped roofs and tower components, and provides over 500 linear feet of covered walkway for pedestrians shopping at the stores.
