ClubSport Pleasanton is a sports and fitness resort that offers a large fitness area with more than 15,000 square feet of space and the largest indoor tennis accommodations in Northern California. As part of a recent remodel to their facilites, Peoples Associates provided the structural design for the renovation of the Men's and Women's locker rooms and for the construction of a new second floor café/entertainment and multi-use area.

The renovation included:

Demolition and reconstruction of 6,500 square foot mezzanine structure

Installation of new in-ground spas

Installation of new roof-mounted mechanical equipment

Structural support of aesthetically-pleasing suspended soffits

Construction phasing to minimize incovenience to the patrons, as the facility remained substatially in use during the entire project
