Mr. Ezaddin has over nineteen years of Structural Engineering experience that encompasses a diverse array of projects, including the design and seismic retrofit of buildings, bridges and non-structural elements. Mr. Ezaddin has been the Project Engineer and Engineering Team Leader for projects involving R&D, industrial, and mission-critical facilities in which the design criteria is governed by the highly sensitive requirements of the housed infrastructure and manufacturing processes.
The success of many of these projects was greatly dependent on the ability of the Design Team to respond promptly to customer-driven revisions. Mr. Ezaddin has successfully structured a tightly organized engineering team that is linked together by various network/workgroup tools and that can refocus itself efficiently on new project objectives and changing client needs.
Mr. Ezaddin has also co-authored a number of proprietary seismic design and retrofit guidelines for corporate clients, such as Sun Microsystems, Maxtor and IBM.
Mr. Ezaddin is also active in the non-profit community and has been recognized internationally for his efforts in supporting and promoting non-profit causes, including the Arts.
